We have direct access to builders and Brokers throughout the city and many country areas.

We are continually searching and selecting builders throughout the state and we receive requests from many registered builders wanting to be part of our team. When you obtain a quote through the Building Brokers you will receive up to three written quotes based on your plans and specifications. This will provide you with the best possible price to build your new home and you can select the builder that suits you. The builder will then offer you a fixed price building contract specifying your requirements and estimated building time.

From this point on you will deal direct with the builder you have selected. With many building companies you will deal with the salesperson, then a contract administration person, then the pre-start person and so on and so on, this all costs you time and money. Our fees for this service are paid by the Building Brokers as a referral fee. There is no direct cost to you for using the Brokering services.
